The process begins with your scheduled visit to our showroom where you will meet with Siobhan and/or Michael. We will review your needs, discuss cabinet choices, and plan the layout of your kitchen. Next we visit your home for exact measurements of the construction area from which we create a set of scaled drawings. These drawings are generated by our own draftsman, Tom Hainsworth, and detail both the floor plan and elevations of the design.

To proceed, the design process requires a design deposit. This deposit is fully credited toward the purchase of your kitchen cabinetry.

Our process continues with a second visit to our showroom where you will be walked through the design of your new kitchen. During the design review, we discuss each area of the floor plan and design elevations in depth. We consider cabinet placement, finishes, hardware options. The personal features of your kitchen, such as cutlery trays, spice storage, storage inserts, et cetera, are also finalized. Additionally, we work with you to coordinate your appliances to match your lifestyle and budget.

Once we have finalized the design for your project, you will be presented with the final layout and pricing for your cabinetry. When the final price and plans are approved, we enter into a purchase agreement for your order. A 50% deposit is required to place your cabinetry order into production. Once production is complete we deliver the finished cabinetry to your home which includes a Job Packet for your builder or installer. The balance of the purchase is due on delivery.
